Well I'm slow at learning how to update...I know they say it's easy. I know they say it takes little time..but I'm not getting it..so we shall see if this actually is even posted anywhere and if my last post is in the same place!:)
So after two Dr. visits and one more on Monday "nothing" seems to be "amiss".."All" seems to be "in order"
So either the pain that keeps me from sleeping is going to have to get better on it's own...or there is something amiss the Dr's are not finding and it will get worse..
In the mean time I will have to start increasing my running time
and distance..HA of course if I increase my distance my time will increase...so for the next week or two I shall attempt to hit at least 3 miles three times a week...stop laughing!
It's been a miserable 6 month with no sleep, waking due to the pain in my back/ribcage on the left side..that and my husbands snoring!:)
BUT if there is "nothing wrong" then there are no excuses not to just gut it out and increase the mileage...so here we go..
Monday I ran three miles..slow but it was 26 outside so feel I get some extra credit for that!
Tues I ran three"ish" miles..and had to walk a bit at the end up the hill..
Wed. walked with friend...about two miles
Thurs nothing..I mean I ran up and down the stairs with laundry, etc but seemed to have had a major flare up with the RA..SO my
right shoulder and left arm just above and including the wrist were sore, swollen and basically worthless. Trying to get into enough running gear to withstand the cold was not going to happen..and in my defense it was also very icy...even had a two hour school delay!:)
Today I walked 2 miles, ran 1/2 and had to walk another mile..to icey to venture outside and the lack of sleep seems worse at the end of the week!?! BUT I got in my 3 plus a bit more
Shoulder feeling fine..just a bit sore if lifting much weight..left wrist almost normal..do not love the treadmill tho I"m glad we have one when the weather is like this!
Update: Friday night horrible! Very dizzy when laying down..ribs hurt...so tired I only walked around the block with my youngest..it's mile and then I did "the hill" which is about a 5% incline but only a couple hundred yards..Out side of left wrist and middle of right hand feel like I could be having another flare up? but perscrition called in so we'll see if it helps!
